Lumber Liquidators is a horrible company. Their customer service is non-existant. You are basically left hanging when they sell inferior product. Bait and Switch comes to mind when speaking of this company.

I first went into the store the day of this major sale, they said they didn't have any in stock but the company had them available for order online.  They also didn't even have any samples at the store of what they were selling, you were expected to just buy it blind. We came home and called the company and went ahead and ordered it online due to the amount of flooring we were buying, it was a deal we couldn't refuse. 

I ordered flooring when they had a great sale, over 850 sq ft, and then told they didn't have it in stock SEVERAL DAYS LATER. WHAT?!?! WE HAD TALKED to a customer rep over the phone first! DO A SEARCH ONLINE for forums about LUMBER LIQUIDATORS BEFORE YOU BUY. THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS OUT THERE TO SUPPORT MY OPINION. The prices just aren't worth the headache!
