I have bought 2 duffel bags from this seller for my upcoming vacation. I selected free shipping, since I had more than 2 weeks before my vacation and assumed it would be enough to receive them on time. First- it took them more than a week just to process my order. I called customer service to find out the status of my order, since I couldn't track order information on the website - it is not being updated at all.
The customer service representative replied to me with the following: "I have sent a message to the warehouse checking the status on this order and will send you and email with that information as soon as I receive it." I guess they cannot call the warehouse for some mystical reason. I called customer support and they told me that they cannot provide me with more the information about my order that I can find on the website. Totally useless customer service. Polite, but useless. I felt like I am in twilight zone.
Finally when they shipped packages by UPS - it took more than 10 days to receive it. The free shipping they offer is really snail mail (UPS - can you believe it?) My neighbors received the packages -I was already on my vacation with 2 duffel bags I bought from the local store.
I would not recommend this seller, and will never buy from them again. That was the worst service I have ever received.

Very quick shipping. The luggage I ordered was not quite what I needed, but with the free return it was worth the try. (it was just to big)

For whatever reason, LuggagePoint uses DHL for shipping and they are clueless! They "made" 2 attempts to deliver and failed to leave the package in the lobby, like UPS and FedEx does all the time. I had to call them to arrange a specific time for delivery, and then they failed to show! They then arbitrarily, without my say-so, chose to deliver it the next day - leaving the package in the lobby when I wasn't home!!!!
The saving are NOT worth the waste of your time!
