I was very pleased with the luggagepoint.com. It was very easy to find the piece of luggage I needed and the prices are very reasonable. I certainly will order from them again.

I called and e-mailed to receive an RMA# to return one of the products I purchased. The call and e-mail was made on 12/28/07 and 1/2/08. To this date (1/9) I have not received the UPS return label. Needless to say I am not happy with the return process.

Luggage Point delivered my order in a timely fashion and it was all that I had anticipated. I did receive a shipping status for two days post order which suggested that the shipment was "pending." I attempted to contact Luggage Point during the weekend to no avail. I almost cancelled the order but on the 4th day post ordering, I was given an updated shipping status report. The "pending" status causes the customer unnecessary worry regarding their purchase and should be eliminated.

I was surprised by the huge oversized box which previously held rolls of packing materials according to the labeling on it, in which my purchase (travel bag) was packed, minus any packing material, and also minus an invoice. The carton was also pretty banged up. I would shop at this merchant again depending on their having an item I was seeking and their pricing of it.

The design on the leather was off center; not centered as shown on the picture. Everthing else seems fine and was shipped promptly.

I ordered a tote bag to go with my Streamlite 3000 Samsonite luggage and luckily it fit the handle perfectly. The price was about half what I would have paid at the outlet Samsonite store for the go along piece. Needless to say, I am very pleased and in addition there are many pockets. Judy D.

my order needed to be shipped to a rural route address, but i was contacted about not being able to ship to p.o.boxes, which this address really wasn't, so i e-mailed them back to have it still shipped there, because it's not a p.o.box, but i got no answer until i actually had to move from that address and when i contacted them to give them the new address, it had already been shipped to the previous one, with NO warning. now i'm still waiting for it to be forwarded to me, and i will hopefully get it before i leave the country.

The items received were not as (good as) expected. The i-pod cord is fire-wire. I expected USB. The American Tourister bag seems to have cheap zippers. I have not used the umbrella yet. But, that was the only thing I really needed. The rest I added to get the free shipping. I wouldn't do that again.
