We have used LuckyVitamin.com for over a year.  They have proven to be a very good vendor.

Negatives first: 
Every order we place contains Tazo Awake tea, usually 4 - 8 boxes.  And on every order, some or all of the tea order has been backordered.  They ship everything but the backordered Awake, then in a day or three they ship the backorder.  In truth, it is the Awake we are most anxious for (of course, lol) and they could save themselves shipping costs by delaying the rest for the average couple of days it takes.  We have adjusted our Awake minimum to accomodate this known delay and it is no longer a problem.

The only real negative I have is their use of The Gripper tape on liquid products.  The intent is to insure the product does not leak during shipment.  While that is a wonderful intent, The Gripper leaves behind a nasty adhesive residue (even though their company says it shouldn't) that nothing in my household will touch and is really gross on mouthwash bottles.  This is a recent change and I never experienced a leaky product before, so I question the real need for its use.  A plastic bag would be a much more customer-friendly solution.

Now for the positives:
They have a My Regimine feature on their website that allows you to stash all the products you normally order into one easy to reach location.  This makes it very quick and convenient when time comes to reorder because you don't have to search out the items.  Just go to My Regimine, click on the items to add them to your cart, then update the cart quantities and checkout.  After ordering, the cart clears and the My Regimine retains all the items for the next time.  A marvelous feature I've never seen anywhere else (not that I've looked hard).

Their website has never crashed or been down in our experience.

We purchase almost all of our teas, supplements, and health food items online through LuckyVitamin.  I made an extensive comparison between online vendors when we began ordering to find the best match for what we wanted and the pricing (including shipping).  LuckyVitamin.com was the best match, providing a significant savings over other online retailers and even more over local retail stores.  In fact, if they carried Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass, we would have no reason to shop at any other online or local health food store.

There have been a couple of issues with products and shipping.  The first was with Nature's Answer PerioWash.  A bottle came with particles floating in it.  LuckyVitamin.com replaced it immediately with no questions asked.  A few months later it happened again with the same friendly replacement.  When it happened a third time, I contacted Natures Answer directly and learned that it was normal and harmless.  But the point is that LuckyVitamin.com made no fuss about replacing a product we questioned.

Then there was the box that arrived crushed, almost as if it had been run over.  No product was damaged, although a couple of boxes of tea could no longer contain the individually wrapped bags and they were loose inside.  There were a couple of items missing, though, that apparently had fallen out before the box had been resealed with extensive amounts of packing tape.  LuckyVitamin.com immediately replaced the missing items and asked only that we hold on to the packing and damaged items for two weeks in case UPS wanted to inspect them (which they never did). 

BTW, we've had problems with UPS shipments here from other companies, too, so we feel it is the UPS truck on our home route.  We've switched to having UPS shipments made to my work and that problem has ceased.

The point to all this is that LuckyVitamin.com places customer satisfaction over immediate profit and that will keep us as lifetime customers even through any little oopses along the way.

An update on something I forgot to mention.  A few times I've placed an order and printed the confirmation page, just to realize I'd forgotten something.  I've called them and they have added the item onto the order so I wouldn't have to place a separate order with separate shipping costs.  Bless them for that friendly feature.
