i should have read these horrible reviews first and i NEVER would have ordered from this company.
i ordered a personalized tote bag on november 20th and i'm still waiting for it to arrive on december 14th. two weeks went by and the order status said it was still being personalized but that to expect delivery before dec 9th - yeah right. i emailed customer service to inquire about this and they said it shipped on the 27th. never got an email saying it shipped, nothing.
well the 9th went by and i inquired about it again. customer service told me to give it 4-5 more business days. why business days? they ship usps and they deliver on saturday. they also said that they tracked the order to not being at my local post office. the funny part is that the email also said they had contacted my local post office and they were having receiving delays. what a load of bs.
since they claimed to have a tracking number for my package, i emailed asking for the number. never got a reply about that, wonder why?

i leave in two days for vacation and wanted the totebag to bring along. once it does arrive, i'm probably going to send it back because i want nothing to do with Lillian Vernon.
