Don't order from here. After 9 days I still have not been able to get customer service to ship the bulb. They don't care about customer service. I am going to order from another company who will ship the next day. The Batteries I received, were the model called for on my radio. However, they do not work. They will not charge. I called, sent emails, and not response. I am required to have a RMA number to return them, but can not get in touch with them to get the number. Do not deal with these people. Search on the internet for all the bad ratings. They constantly send the wrong item. Order placement was a bit difficult. On my initial attempt I kept getting an error stating that the order could not be processed at this time. I had to wait until the next day to place my order.
