I have purchased 4 chandeliers this past year. My last purchase has to be returned because it was faulty. Help was excellent. I am receiving a replacement. I also bought a vanity chair. Love everything.

Incomplete order sent initially. I sent emails and made phone calls. Emails were never answered. After making numerous phone calls and asking for a supervisor, I finally got a response, but first two phone calls/voice mails left with the supervisor were never returned.

Lamps Plus has a great selection of lighting at pretty good prices but WATCH OUT for their pricing. I have ordered twice from Lamps Plus and both times I have found the same product for a lower price within a short amount of time. The second time the item was "on sale" via an email that I received from them. Two days later I picked up the catalog I received days earlier and found the same item for $30 lower. Happily, this time, they adjusted the price and gave me a credit but if I weren't so diligent at checking on prcing I would be out my hard earned cash. The first time it took me a while longer and several emails to get credited properly.

I am really annoyed with this retailer but I do like their products so it puts me in a bind. I really hate ordering from them but probably will in the future, but will be very, very careful and check prices several times. i like Lighting Universe as well but have not ordered from them yet.

After my first purchase, a swing arm lamp, and was so delighted with the lamp I purchased 2 more of the same style. When I needed a floor lamp for a space in the corner of our family room I was able to find one on sale in a style that suited our room.

On-line customer service was helpful. Store employee in Dublin did not want to accept return of incorrect merchandise. She said I should take it with me and work with the on-line personnel.

I was concerned about purchasing lamps on-line, as I thought they might be damaged or broken in the mail. However, the lamps were packed so well that nothing could have happened to them. I was so pleased the lamps are so attractive and undamaged.

I thought the lamps I bought were a good value. I expecially like the Quoizel floor lamp. The two mica lamps were fine, but I was a little disappointed that the shades were not glass or real "mica".
