I called from an ad in eBay stores and was expecting a shoddy merchant. To my surprise, it was a legitimate factory authorized dealer and not someone operating out of a garage. The phone was answered on the second ring and the sales person was knowledgeable and well informed on the product he was selling. I asked many questions of which he was well informed and knew the answer. We discussed the features and accessories of the product to make sure it fit my needs and that I was buying the right item. Most salespeople will just sell you anything to make a quick sale & get it over with. I was not rushed or pushed to get off the phone. It was important that he understood my needs and how the product was to be used.

The sales rep quickly emailed over estimate with price. He was prompt to return phone calls and very helpful. The entire experience was fast and the item was shipped as promised. I was satisfied by the responsiveness of the sales rep by email and telephone. It was an oversized item and required motor truck freight which handled by the vendor. I received a follow up email with the shipping information and documents. The item arrived exactly as promised and worked accordingly. I would recommend my experience and purchase from this vendor again. The pricing and service were very good. The trucking company was very helpful and they offloaded the skid at our door. It arrived very quickly and was well packed.
