I ordered dinnerware by the piece with more of this piece and less of that piece and so on, during one of their sales.  The item was not in the store so initially, I was a little nervous about it.  Their website is great, you can sort and specify by style, color, etc., plus zoom in on the items which was FANTASTIC.  The dinnerware, Corsica-Crown Jewel was packaged perfectly, not a single chip and this dinnerware material is known for chipping if clipped too hard. It was 50% off & free shipping if my order was over $100.  On top of that I found a promo coupon online that offered another 30% off.  For an additional cost, I could have had the ordered shipped quickly but opted for the 2-3 week delivery date since this dinnerware was heavy and quick shipment would have been pricey.  They also sent an email telling you how to track the item but it didnt seem to leave their warehouse for about 10 days and then the tracking started -- but once again, so what, FREE shipping on a HEAVY item, it took 2 of us to get the box in the door!  They did not make a single mistake on the order and the dinnerware is gorgeous.
