I have never had a problem with the actual shopping experience at Kohls.com. In general I love Kohl's and do most of my shopping there. My huge problem is with their delivery system. I have used free shipping codes the 2 last times I have purchased on-line. They would not take my mail delivery address (a P.O. Box) because it was being shipped Fedex. So I gave them my physical address. Both times Fedex delivered to the postal hub across the state and after my package(s) went to the first P.O. in town it had to be forwarded to the P.O. that houses the boxes. Each time it cost me about $7.00 in postage due fees. The first time i let it slide, the second time I called and was told I would have to take it up with Fedex because they had me in the computer as free shipping. I explained to them that they are being screwed by Fedex if they are paying them to deliver to me and they are handing it over to USPS and Kohl's should be the one to go to Fedex but she didn't care. I may have been out about $15.00 total but now THEY are out all the shopping I would have dne on-line in the future. With the closest Kohl's 1 - 2 hours away (depending on traffic) looks like they are losing alot of my business.
