After receiving an email tip from a friend, I logged onto Kohl's site right before Christmas (12/22). I was stunned at the fantastic prices on such great clothing! I placed an order for about a dozen items for my girls, and even received 99 cent shipping (per item). My order was less than $40 SHIPPED.

I received my order on Dec. 28 - scheduled due date was Jan 3 to Jan 8! Super fast on the shipping, much quicker than I expected from a place like Kohls!

There were problems with my order, just as others have commented. One item was out of stock (I wasn't charged for it) and one item was simply the wrong item. A replacement was shipped for that item via 2nd Day Air Mail but it was still the wrong item. I think they simply messed up the SKUS/ID numbers somehow.

Customer Service was FANTASTIC and were quick to credit my account the first time for the wrong item (and let me keep it!) and sent the replacement out with no-charge 2nd Day Air via UPS. When I had to call about receiving the same item mistakenly once more they were even more apologetic and really worked with me. The service rep. checked the entire database and even offered similar items to me.

Two of the items I ordered were the wrong size (based on their online sizing chart) but I just exchanged them in my local store for a larger size. It was simply the cut of those shirts being a bit more snug versus normal fit.

Still had a great experience with Kohls and would most definitely order from them again IF they have another great sale like that!
