Wrong items shipped, returns are a nightmare, very poor customer service (email and phone)

Awful experience with larger items!!
They sent me the wrong item, and they never notified me of when/if UPS would come pick it up to return it to them. In the meantime, I had re-ordered the item, and that time, no matter what their advertising was saying and what the package content was saying, they refused to admit that what I received was not what I ordered, again! They wanted me to pay for shipping the item back plus a restocking fee.
I ended up renting a car to return all the items directly to a store... but the packages had no detailed invoices and no UPC. The store didn't carry the items, and they couldn't scan them into their systems... this resulted in a huge waste of my time waiting for them to look the items online and enter the info in their computers, and that poor local store didn't know what to do with these items. On top of that, the local store only refunded me the actual price of the item because there was no indication of what I had paid in sales taxes and S&H.
I'm now back to talking to Kmart.com and fighting to get the rest of my money back.
Their tracking system is also not working, i.e. I received an email notification that my items had been shipped about a week after I had actually received them!!!! They provide you with the shipping status once the item has been delivered!! How useful is that?!!
Never again.
