Kmart.com has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I placed an order for an item prior to the December 14th cut off date for Christmas delivery. The intended item was to be used as a Christmas gift. The Monday before Christmas the wrong item arrived on my doorstep. I immediately called their customer service number only to be greeted by someone who would take my information and assign me a case manager that would get back to me in 5-7 business days. Of course this was unacceptable as the item was supposed to be given as a gift. Anyway, someone called me back the next day and assured me that the correct item would be shipped overnight express so I would have it. They also told me that I would need to speak to a 3rd person in their company in order to have the wrong item picked up. I heard from that person a couple of days later and was told when the item would be picked up. It wasn't picked up on the day stated but a week later. Also, the correct item never arrived and still hasn't arrived, but they felt the need to charge my credit card anyway. We are now in the process of getting that charge removed. Anyway, I would say that this is by far the worst experience I have had with any company and I will not be shopping at Kmart or Kmart.com again!
