Great selection, but they sent me the wrong merchandise

I got a shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday that he had been salivating over for a while. The only problem - they sent me the wrong shirt. After getting a hold of customer service, which was no small feat, they informed me that the shirt I wanted was out of stock. I then went to the brick and mortar store and found a similar shirt. I was very pleased to see that they gave me an even exchange for the one I bought from josabank.com even though the one in the store was marked at a higher price. They eventually came through, but I was not pleased with the website's full functionality.
