The items were purchased as a holiday gift. The items appeared quite nice on-line but when they arrived they looked like Wal-Mart quality jewelry. In short, I could have bought nicer looking jewelry at Wal-Mart for half the price. To top it off, when I decided to return the items I had to pay $6.25 just for the privilige of returning their inferior products AND pay for the UPS shipping cost AND I had to INSURE the items ALL at my cost. I will not shop at Jewelry Basket again!

I ordered a gemstone globe for almost $200.00 on Nov.1st. The first time it was supposedly sent to me it was sent elsewhere. The second time it was shipped it seems to have ended up in the same place as did the first shipment. THE SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If the globe isn't shipped overnight to me I will order one from Amazon.com. Hopefully I will have the globe to give as a xmas gift. Peggy Jordan

The watch I ordered arrived on time via UPS. I was able to track the progress of my shipment via the number Jewelbasket gave me.

I went to two (2) other online stores for the same product and got such a hassle from them. The competitors would either not provide me with shipping information and one competitor's website said the item was available, but when I called to place the order over the phone, it wasn't!

Jewelbasket had the item I was looking for at the best price I could find online. The item looks even more gorgeous in person than it did online.

I will definitely save their web address to my favorites for the upcoming holiday season!

I searched all over the internet to find the product for my dad and came accross JewelBasket. At first I was a little skeptical but decided to try it anyway. I love jewelbasket. Their selection of unusual jewelry is awesome. I've had a couple of seamless returns and refunds. And when I call in to make sure something is in stock, they check and call me back within minutes. Excellent customer service, no hassles, no questions. Just wish they would get a bigger Etruscan jewelry selection. And if they offered 15-20% coupons, I would be able to shop there more often as their prices are pretty high (compared to ice, overstock and Netaya).

I ordered a ring and it seemed everything I asked for was extra!I don't mind paying the money for the extras but I would like to have it known in some way that it will cost extra!Maybe on the ad itself? Also the shipping was guaranteed by Christmas then EXTRA if I wanted it guaranteed. I ended up picking it up myself from UPS since it would not arrive by Christmas.
