I placed 2 orders for the exact item, shipping to the exact same address. 2-3 days apart. First order was scheduled to deliver 3/5. Second order was scheduled to deliver 3/2 (expedite shipping paid for). No notes regarding limited quantities on either order (during second order stated 40+ cases left in stock).
I got a tracking number for the second order, but nothing for the first order.
1st customer call (approx 6-7pm est): "please hold, while I contact the warehouse......sorry, I'm but having trouble getting somebody at the warehouse. Can I have somebody call you back with that info?" No return call.
2nd customer call (approx 5:30pm est): "I'm sorry, but the warehouse is closed, I cant get you the information." when I told them about the previous call: "the warehouse closes as 5pm, so I cant get the information."
3rd call (12pm est): "please hold while I contact the warehouse
the person who would be able to help you is out to lunch, can the information be emailed to you once she gets back probably in about 30 minutes?" No emails or callbacks.
4th call (same day 4pm est): "please hold, let me contact the warehouse......the item SHOULD BE SHIPPING OUT ON THURS" (this will be 3 days AFTER the item was supposed to have been delivered).
What is most disturbing is that they couldnt tell me the first time, and let me make other arrangements. From my guess there are only 2-3 people for the entire customer support. Try it, you will most likely get the same person answering the calls 9 out 10 times. With them always putting you on hold to "check the warehouse

I will never ever use them again.
