Did not receive product, FedEx apparently delivered it to the wrong address. Called Inkjet Superstore for 3 weeks to resolve problem. Was told repeatedly they were in contact with FedEx and would send me a replacement. After 3 weeks, was told FedEx denied their claim and there was nothing they could do. I was eventually able to receive a refund by filing a claim with PayPal but the time and hassle involved with dealing with Inkjet Superstore and its employees was unacceptable and I will never shop there again.
