Although the USPS site shows that my order was shipped on 9/23/09,it has not arrived. What happened to it after that is a mystery--USPS shows no further info.After emailing customer service last week they reponded quickly but told me to wait a few more days (it had already been 2 weeks) and if it didn't show up they'd resend. Order was resent 10/9/09 via Fedex. Still awaiting its' arrival. Their price and quality are excellent but they need to use a different shipping method even at added cost. Recommended them to my sister and she also had a LONG wait for her order.

Worst online experience i have encountered.  shipment promised, credit card charged, was told 2 weeks after purchase they could not supply product even though shipment was promised through customer service twice.  then order was closed without any prior notification.
stay away from this one. poor customer service, unknowledgable customer service, poor communications with customer. overall satisfaction? there was no satisfaction with this online experience. the only 200 words i could provide are poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service.  then their answer for the inconvenience was to offer a 5% discount on my next order.  they must have been amused by their offer, as why would someone place another order with such a poorly operated company.

I found the website using the Google search engine. Inkjet Superstore had the best price on the item I needed. i would definitely shop there again!

Although service was superb, all 4 of the remanufactured LEXMARK ink cartridges did not operate. Apparently the "chips" were not properly reset or tested by Inkjet Superstores supplier causing my all-in-one LEXMARK 5400 to not recognize the cartridge.
