The weather has been so warm which caused the ink cartridges to leak. I contacted the merchant and he resent the cartridges. They also leaked so he will refund my money for the ones that leaked. I will wait for the weather to cool. I will feel confident in reordering from this company. They did everything they could to get this order to me.

This is my second shopping experience with InkSmile, and the first time I had any sort of problem. I buy multiple cartridges at a time, and one entire group was not working in my printer (I tested them one after the other). A little put out, I contacted their customer service via e-mail. They responded by the next day, and without my even asking, emailed me a postage paid return slip for the non-working cartridges and shipped out a new batch free of charge that very afternoon. The new batch work GREAT. I was already impressed by their prices and quick delivery, but their prompt customer service is keeping my business. Thanks Inksmile Roslyn McFarland
