Interesting catalog, lots of what I call "neato" (aka Brookstone type) tools/solutions.

Decided to order their US-Flag-pole setup. Find out they have no inventory control, as even though they initially reported in-stock, my order got stalled behind two (so-called) 'guaranteed' ship dates. (Sure, they offered to cancel, but 2.5 months later, it would have been better to buy it from some other store! Like a coworker did!)

Worse yet, the flag wasn't at all like described in their catalog (or online); turns out they sell a premiere flag, but it's not part of the package. No where does it say that. When I complained, they said send-it-back. After waiting so-long, I asked if I could upgrade my flag. Nope. Even after complained about the misleading description, I essentially got back "tough luck".

Frankly, I would rate their customer service as bare bones, and uncaring.
