Item was received, not quite in mint condition, when close the bracelet, really have to fiddle with it to get it stay closed. Love the colors, etc., just finicky to get on.

I placed the wrong ring size and called to have it changed, but the order had already been shipped. That was amazing since I had made the order at about 3am, and when I called that afternoon the gentleman said he would try to have it cancelled. I asked if they would take returns for so I could exchange it. He said that they would even pay for the return shipping and sent me an email to print the shipping label and gave me a list of UPS stores that were nearest to my address. I am very impressed with this company, my shipment was wonderfully packaged; complete with bow and an authenticity card!

My neclace was looped right through the spine of the box, and the chain broke. I had to cut the box open in order to get the neclace out. It cost me $16.00 ro have it fixed. I would like that amount credited to my credit card

I bought earrings and the backing or butterfly clip was missing from the back to hold the earring on so i called and the man was very nice he said he would send another as soon as i gave him the fedx number which i did and then i called to see where the earrings were and he did not send them right away actually waited until they received the earrings back. This caused them to be late getting to me and my daughter did not receive her birthday present on time she actually did not receive it yet as we went out to visit her and the earring package did not arrive until after we got home which we were out at a dentist appointment so have to pick them up today and then send them to my daughter so no i was definitely not satisfied.

The shopping experience itself was good, it was the product that didn't meet my satisfaction. I returned the bracelet immediately via FEDEX but never received notification of my return. I only know that I received a refund when my credit card bill arrived. This was disappointing.

I saw a beautiful saphire and diamond ring and ordered it thinking it was be a beautiful blue stone and instead it was so dark it was black and my mother thanked me for the onyx and diamond ring which wasnt at all what the picture represented. I can understand saphires varying in color but this was not at all representive of the picture and sorta reminded me of a bait and switch. needless to say my mother was so sad to have to return her mother's day gift as was unaceptable in color.
