Ice.com has always been an easy website to work with.  It provides detailed images and even some videos of the products. It will not leave you guessing at what you're buying.  One very helpful tool they provided me with was a set of plastic measurement rings that they included with one of my past orders.  This allowed me to figure out the exact size of my girlfriend's ring finger.  Talk about a little pressure! The actual payment and processing is typical of any professional online retailer.  I was even impressed with the packaging that I received my gift in.  The items I have received arrived in a white box with ribbon, and an actual jewelry box within.  Shipping is prompt and you can expect to receive your order soon after purchase.  The prices are also quite reasonable.  The jewelry I have purchased for my girlfriend has been of the highest quality and has held up over two years.  

HOWEVER, I must have accepted to receive email updates on ‘special savings' events going on.  These emails quickly fill up my inbox and, quite frankly they annoy me.

All in all a great site to work with, and I plan to again in the near future.
