Excellent overall experience. I ordered a sink, faucet, 2 accessories, some cabinet knobs, a water filter, a cartridge to match the water filter. I got everything within a week or so. I was happy with the prices and the fast delivery and the website. Communication was good. I got tracking information right away, and my email was answered within 24 hours. Actually, the email was answered amazingly within 10 minutes. That's what got my attention to the great service. I didn't like the faucet, so I had to exchange it for a different one. Unfortunately, I had to pay a restocking fee to exchange it, but I am still very happy with the company. I got the right faucet in the end, and overall, I saved a lot of time and money. I wish all companies would be as responsive and easy as this one. Brian Skelly was the one who answered my tracking question within ten minutes. I highly recommend speaking to him, or to my salesperson Tony, who took the order. Not only did they help me pre-sale with picking out what I needed, but also post-sale with tracking and then the exchange. I thought the search within the site was excellent, especially being able to narrow by attribute. Plus, I learned a lot by searching their site, comparing the brands, and using the "how to" section to see what to look for. Plus, the little popups that guided me through the advanced search were ever so valuable to me. I'm not that experienced in ordering these types of items, especially over the internet. This is one of my first reviews, but I just had to share my experience so that others could use this company for their needs for similar items, since my experience was truly a great one. I saw that these guys have been online and in business for ten years, and they have everything down pat, from the searching to the service to the delivery to the returns process. I compared prices after researching the items on this site. I took the model numbers to my local dealer just to see if they could compete, but they couldn't. I did all of my research on this website, so I'm not sure why I wanted to go offline to place the order, but I figured I'd see if I could keep the locals employed if they could help me as well. Homecenter was a far superior experience, and their prices were unbeatable anyway, so I should have just followed my instinct and not wasted my time at the local dealer. OK guys, keep up the good work. I'll be back, and I hope to recommend your site to everyone that I know as well.
