The order was not received within the time it was promised with no explanation as to why. When I called to inquire about it, the person I spoke to was very unprofessional in her manner and carried on a personal conversation the entire time she was looking up my order. After putting me on hold to call the manufacturer, she came back to tell me that the order would be sent out sometime next week and I could call back to check on it. Customer service obviously does not rank very high on their priority list.

Hi,
I had a very peasant experience. The only problem I had was the crystal knobs that I ordered were on the website under several different order numbers with the same description. It was unclear what the difference was. I ordered the knobs M993. Why is this? Otherwise, everything was great!

I had been researching kitchen products on various websites and found Home Annex to have the best selection, price and shipping options. I found a pot filler on the Home Annex site. There was a variety of pot filler options at various price points. When I decided to purchase the product, the ordering process on line was very easy to understand and execute. The order was quickly acknowledged and was fulfilled within 10 days. The product arrived in excellent condition. |

PLEASE never use this website. i ordered three ceiling light fixtures. they were very poor quality but cost more that $100 each. they didn't even come close to the listed description or the photo. what's more (and worse) the return process took me over five months! i still haven't officially received the money back at this point. i emailed their "customer service department several times. i had all but given up on ever receiving a credit back even after i went to all extents to follow their awful return policy and get the goods back to them ASAP. seriously, PLEASE don't use this website. no matter how many products they offer, none of it is worth it. if i could rate in the negatives i would rate -10.

Be warned about HomeAnnex. They show product 'in stock' on the website. It's now 8 weeks later (having charged my credit card 8 weeks ago) with no product. Communication concerning delivery was non existent after the first confirmation email. After 4 weeks, I contacted the company to understand the delay. They explained that the base shower rod was in stock but it takes several weeks to put the finish on which sounded more like an excuse but I was foolish to wait a little longer since I had already waited that long.
I will not shop at homeannex.com again and hope you find this warning helpful |

The item I ordered arrived rather quickly, but in the wrong finish. No big deal; I'll exchange it for the correct finish, or so I thought. I completed their on-line request/exchange form and received an automated response that I would receive a within 7-10 days. It took 3 months of repeated phone calls before they picked-up the item, and another 3 weeks. before I recd. the item in the correct finish. The the customer service representatives are not very knowledgeable. The return department representative was unprofessional, gave me a different story every time I called, denied receiving my e-mails even though I simply replied to two e-mails she sent me, and denied receiving several voice mail messages I left. Go figure. Don't waste your precious time, shop elsewhere.

I found very easy Home Annex site to shop at with lots of different products / brands. The prices and discounts I found at Home Annex were so good that I was afraid of the quality of the items... But when I got them I was pleasantly surprised....Everything was beautiful and has very good quality! And no shipping charges!! Definitely I will shop again soon!

Ordered last month and still have not received cabinet pulls. After three weeks of not receiving cabinet pulls, called and was told the order would be delayed another 10 days due to a supplier problem. I received a tracking number but only after I called. I would have prefered if this company had informed me of the shipping delay without me having to call. Still waiting for my cabinet pulls.

I ordered a pair of sink drains after being told they would ship the next day. The following week when they didn't arrive I called ask about my order. They said it would take 8 weeks to ship, so I cancelled my order.
Six weeks later (after I bought the drains locally) they arrived. I wrote to customer service and got no reply. I called and left phone messages. No response. Nothing. The Better Business Bureau managed to have them call me and I explained the situation. They said they'd get back to me with return info. But they never did. Further they failed to respond to emails after that time. So I got stuck paying for an order I cancelled. Their lack of response could only be construed as intentional. I call it criminal. Avoid homeannex.com and their aliases. You won't be happy. |

I recently purchased a black toilet for a bathroom I am remodeling. The price was a lot lower than the competitors. I received my merchandise very fast, w/in 48 hours. When I opened the box it was a white toilet. I called Home Annex right away and was told it would take 7-10 business days for them to contact me on how to return the product, but not an apology. I waited and finally received my instructions. They received my merchandise back in their warehouse 32 days ago and I still have not received my refund. The customer service department will not respond to me any longer and has never taken responsiblity for their error. I would NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone.
I have since ordered through Home Depot and when I received it, it was broken. They sent me another one right out and even discounted it even though it wasnt their fault it broke. Their customer service was awesome!! I guess the saying is correct "You get what you pay for"!!!!!! |

Over three months to get a refund lost money on interest.
Customer service from Homeannex has been horrible. I ordered over $2000 worth of faucets and accessories from them. A few of the boxes arrived with the seals broken and the contents scratched ($450 worth). I reported this to Homeannex via their RGA process within 24 hours. It then took over 3 weeks for Homeannex to issue return authorizations and shipping labels. So far, a month gone by. After receiving the shipping labels, I returned the merchandise to Homeannex within a couple of days. It was confirmed by UPS tracking to have been received by Homeannex within 4 business days of my receipt of the shipping labels. It then took TWO MONTHS, and MANY, MANY PHONE CALLS before I finally received credit on my credit card for the returned merchandise. Homeannex repeatedly promised the credit to my card within 3-5 days and repeatedly failed to honor this commitment. Bottom line: OVER THREE MONTHS from purchase to refund for damaged merchandise. I would NEVER again purchase from Homeannex. |

At the time I purchased the light bulbs, I was not made aware there would be any delays in receiving the items. Then, a couple of weeks after the order, I received a note telling me the lightbulbs would arrive around March 10. After that, another email, stating it would be after that date - perhaps a couple of weeks. I am very dissatisfied because these are specialty light bulbs for a security light and now it's been nearly a month without a bulb in the light fixture.

I needed to return the items (NO FAULT OF HOME ANNEX) They were the wrong color hue...hard to tell from the internet. I emailed for a return number and I would have likeD an acknowledgement that the return was being worked on. I never heard anything... was in limbo that they even got my return request, so I called them. Foreign Asian lady was a bit snippy but she got things going and I had a return number in a couple days. SO NOW WE WILL SEE HOW MY REFUND GOES......HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET BUT STILL EARLY.
25% RESTOCK FEE IS PRETTY HEFTY BUT THAT PROBABLY KEEPS THEIR PRICES DOWN.
