The first order I placed came with an incorrect item. I called immediately to request the correct item and was told it was shipped and that a call tag would be sent to return the incorrect item. Four days later when I hadn't received the correct item I called to check on it's status and it had not been shipped. I was told customer service would return my call immediately and that did not happen. In addition 2 emails to customer service have yet to be answered. I still have the incorrect item and no call tag. I did eventually get the correct item but have since ordered additional product from another company. This company has some real customer service issues.

The info on the products are incomplete, often list of ingredients missing. When ordreing by internet, the message left in the message box are never followed up. Reward points are hard to collect.

I havent received my order yet. Its been almost 2 full weeks. I'm thinking I should have it by now but am willing to wait another a couple days before starting the tracking process. Strange how this happened on the last order from them too. I waited 4 weeks on that one, called them up and they immediately sent a reorder (I was pleased at their response and was determined it would not deter me from order from them again) I receieved that one in a week, no problems. The original package showed up 6 weeks after the original order in a badly damaged box which I returned. I'm thinking this was the fault of the post office not the shipper. Reserving judgement for now.

This was the fourth order I've placed with Herbspro. Selection, service and delivery have been consistently good. I was amazed to receive an e-mail from UPS yesterday saying Herbspro asked UPS to let me know the package was delivered and is at my front door. I went to the door and there it was. Great work, and the e-mail was a nice touch!

One thing I'd like to mention; The delivery time takes too longe in this day and age in the US.It takes almost 2 weeks from California to New York....

The experience was horrible. I had to call multiply times because my order did not arrive in 2 to 3 days as there site says. When the package did arrive(5 days after the scheduled date) all the gel packs were melted and the product was warm. When I called to tell them that the products were bad, I was told that as long as the gel packs were in the package they would not replace the products. Each time I tried to take the complaint higher up I was given the run around, by very rude costumer service people. I was out $150 and still needed pro-biotics. Do not shop with this company. Once they get your money they will do nothing further to help you. You become just another number.

could not find the deodorant i wanted to order, and found it on another Herbspro site, but was on back-order...i had done several "searches" on the website and couldn't find it at first...it is on backorder...i also thought the other products took a bit long in getting to me...sometimes they ship fast, and sometimes it takes over 2 weeks...i still have not heard any status on the backorder product i wish to order...

I completed my order online which was straight forward. But after all that I recieved a message that my order could not be processed and I should contact the company by phone. It annoyed me a lot but I needed the medicine so I did. After about a week or so I got the medicine. Now I don't know if I placed one order or two because I gave my credit card number twice. I would think twice before I make a purchase in the future.

HerbsPro has a wide variety of vitamins, supplements and health foods as well as herbs. I like the selection because it let me order several things in the same place at a reasonable price. The discounts for multiple purchases of the same thing are very small, but free shipping is a nice benefit if you are buying that much. The website has been improved but it can be a hassle to find what you are looking for if you don't know exactly what you want. It's also hard to be sure that they actually don't have something. Because of the way the search works, you have to go through a lot of layers and you may be in the wrong place anyway. The repeat order feature is very useful but I had shopped HerbsPro several times before I discovered that. These are pretty much minor problems as the response by email is quick and clear and you get what you expect. I really wish they were a little closer because I don't like waiting a week while my supplements travel in a truck, and overnight service is expensive.

My only complaint is the web site. If I know exactly what I want it is fine. However, when I was trying to look for a product to solve a problem I had to wade through a long esay and click on highlighted products and go to another page for information on that product. (It is even cumbersome to write about). I would buy more from you If it was easier to browse.

excellent prices and a they have a full selection of the Now line of products. they do not ship out very fast. they take their time getting orders out the door. by 'take their time' i mean when i enquired about when my order was to be shipped out not only did i not get an answer but the online contact form, indeed their form, was sent back to me with 'unable to deliver'. that was in the morning my order was finally sent out that afternoon without. i will continue to buy from them because of their selection and case prices but plan ahead. their website could get better as far as searches go. some products that my contain ingredients are not listed tho they may have it in stock.

But once placed, my order was fulfilled quickly, and I appreciated the company's call to verify my address (since I've recently moved).
