First time purchase from Haband. I found these reviews after I placed my order, so I was a little nervous. The experience was unexpectedly good. I'll definitely buy products from them again and even recommend it to others. And remind you, I don't work for them.

It took about two weeks from the date I placed my order to the date the package was delivered (Mar. 16–Apr. 1). It's not terribly fast but not unreasonably slow either. I had other stores always slower than this.

The items I ordered were three sets(pair each) of polyester underwear and a light weight fleece (88% polyester) jacket. If you grew up with the idea that cotton is always better, you won't like what they sell. I think that's where the comments saying Haband sells cheap stuff came from. The products I received were surprisingly good. I love polyester and that's the reason I ordered. Both material and workmanship are neither cheap nor bad, I actually think they are really good, and I'm comparing to some of the brand name likes of Nike and Under Armor. Polyester came a long way and still going get better in the future, cotton will always be cotton no matter what.

Even though the experience this time around was good and I'm very happy with the products, that doesn't mean I'm trying to deny all other reviewers here. I had fair share of bad experience with the other stores, some of them are well known. I didn't have to deal with the customer service this time but the problem can happen sometimes. When that happens and Haband doesn't take care of the problem, that'll be the day I'll stop sending my order. I just hope that day will never come.

Word of caution about the sizing. Jacket came in about the normal size but the underwear run about one size larger. Unlike cotton, polyester doesn't shrink, so if you are in doubt, you may want to consider ordering one size smaller. Even if it's little tight, it maybe better snug fit to the skin because it stretches and the purpose of polyester underwear is to wick the sweat.
