The other day my husband asked me to look online and see if I could find a place to purchase replacement heads for his Norelco Triple-Headed Shaver. He had tried the local stores and had no luck finding the replacement heads he needed. The shaver is probably about five or six years old. He had kept the box and the replacement number he needed for the heads was listed.

The head replacements was listed for $32.99 which was from about five years ago. I assumed that they would be much more expensive today but began Googling. I went first to the Norelco home website. They had the parts and they cost the same as they did five years ago. I was pretty happy at that point. This razor cost $79.99 so it was still cheaper to replace than to purchase a new one.

I continued Googling. It was at this point that I discovered the Goodman’s site. I had never heard of this site nor ever used it. But, they were offering the same replacement part cheaper than the manufacturer. Goodman's offered it for $25.95 and shipping was only $2.50. But was it reputable? I decided to read about it on Epinions to see how other consumers liked it. Most of the reviews were positive and the only negatives seemed to concern delivery time. Since I wasn’t in a hurry and was saving about five dollars I decided to order.

Ordering was easy! They carry not only parts but all kinds of reputable products too. In the razor section, they have razors and parts for about forty manufacturers and the prices all looked cheaper than I’ve seen other places. They also carry household appliances (like woks, irons, coffee makers, etc.), hair clippers like Wahl, and small electronics. According to their site they carry housewares, small appliances and parts. Manufacturers include Mr. Coffee, Braun, Krups, Juiceman, KitchenAid and many, many more.

Once I placed my order, I received a confirmation by email. They also let me know when it shipped. And, surprisingly, it shipped and I had it delivered to me within four days. It was delivered in a brown paper portfolio envelope encased in plastic bubble wrap. Not only did my husband have his replacement heads in their original wrapper but the extra protective bubble wrap was mine to pop!

I think this was an excellent company to do online business with and I plan to check here for any other items that they carry when I am online shopping. Goodman’s is REALLY GOOD!
