I do not know how this company stays in business, aside from preying on unsuspecting customers. I purchased multiple gift pens for my staff for Christmas gifts in early October via the Internet. The initial order took 3-4 weeks for delivery, at which time, more than half the order of pens did not write. Following receipt of the initial order, I called to try and get working refills. These refills took more than a month to receive and then they did even send enough to replace all the non-working pens. By then, it was too late for my dozen office staff. I had read the reviews about slow service, but I had no idea that it would take two months to make one order correct.
I am puzzled that more than half of their product was defective. What kind of business ethics does a company have with that kind of product. I made two calls to the company, and the staff was friendly and appeared helpful, but the proof is in the end result. Poor service and a company content to send out goods that do not even meet a minimum standard. I would not recommend this company, as you can not be sure of what you will receive or how long it will take to receive or correct and order,
