This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered a desk set from them and not only did they charge me an extra $100 for shipping after the desk was already in transit and therefore I could not cancel my order, but when the desk finally arrived it was a DIFFERENT desk than the one pictured on their site when I ordered it. When I called to complain and sent pictures for proof, they said they reserved the right to send me a different desk! When I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they conveniently removed the picture of the desk I *thought* I was ordering from their website. Deceptive, Fraudulent Company. Stay FAR away.

2 Different cabinets came...saw it on the shipping invoice...called them, they said to refuse it. Then called back and said accept it if I would install the glass door. so I did. Never got the parts to match them. I called them 2 weeks ago.. they told me they would email me last friday. Havent heard a word. Now its friday again, and nothing.

I was concerned about my order after I read very poor reviews about this company on-line but I found it 100% fantastic. I ordered marble tables and they came awesomely packed and not a break, chip or fracture. Although when I placed my order I knew the tables were back ordered, I didn't think 6 weeks to arrive was unreasonable at all. I love the tables and Furniture on the Web. I feel lucky to have found the exact tables that match my dining room set.

Do business with this company at your own peril!! If you don't care when your order arrives or if what you receives looks remotely like the pictures on the website...then this is the company for you.
Reassured by their "satisfaction guarantee",I ordered a king sized leather bed on Nov 23 2006 which was to ship within 2 weeks. On Dec 8th I called and was told that they would receive the bed from manufacturer on the 18th and ship to me.(We are now well beyond the 2 week shipment indicated when I placed the order.)I will spare you the details, but after numerous promises for delivery before Christmas and subsequently for guaranteed delivery by Jan 12 for a party I was holding at my new home...the bed arrived on Jan 15th and was not remotely of the quality or appearance depicted on the website. I did manage to return the item, but this experience cost me over $500.00 in shipping. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! |

We ordered a $200 metal twin bed frame for our daughter. It came with no problems, worked great for about a month, then it started getting loose. It got looser and looser and finally the foot board fell apart into 8 pieces. We called the company to complain and get a new one. They told us there was a 30 day guarantee and they wouldn't do anything about it. I asked them what kind of bed falls apart in 30 days, so the 30 day guarantee didn't really mean anything. We expected it to last for years, not just 4 months. They said the manufacturer wouldn't give replacements after 30 days. I asked to get the contact info for the manufacturer, but they said the manufacturer has no contact with the public. Well, someone needs to stand behind this product! Furniture on the Web.com is a terrible company that won't be an advocate for the people who buy the product they sell. Don't buy from this company. Unless your product breaks before the 30 days are up, you will have no recourse. We lost our money, but are writing this in the hopes that no one else loses theirs.

The table and chairs were of excellent quality. I was very pleased with my purchase. There was one slight flaw in the table but a little furniture scratch pen did the trick. I was VERY happy with Furniture on the Web I will always look there first when needing furniture. One chair had a broken piece and it was replaced in a timely manner. Great customer service.

Selection is large, was able to find what I needed....except the table is larger than the dimensions on the site. Site has not been changed, as of yet.
I was offered a partial refund. I accepted the offer because the amount of trouble of packing and shipping the table and chairs bck would have been staggering. Chair had a broken part, was to be to me in 3 weeks, it will now not be here for 9 weeks.

A good selection of furniture to choose from and good prices. I purchased two entertainment piers without the center unit. I would have liked to see a more detailed picture of the sides of the entertainment unit. The sides were missing top molding on one side that would be against the center unit, but the picture didn't depict that one side (that was next to the center pier) would be without the top molding. If you sell the units separately, it should be specified to the customer that top molding sides would be missing. I had to have a piece of molding made by a furniture repair center.

I called a 2nd time and found out the actual date it would arrive. No email was sent to me that told me the product was backordered. I wish there were. I ordered a dining table. The minuses: Customer Service really doesn't ever see the items, so they have extremely limited knowledge(they were very pleasant, however). When I asked if they could call the vendor to find out information they said they would, but never returned got back to me. The plus: The price was dirt cheap and item arrived on time in good shape. The quality of the item wasn't great (I'm using it to stage a house, not to use daily, so that was less important to me). Bottom line: I'd shop here again, but would insist on finding out more if I were living with the furniture every day.

I ordered a small glass table in early January - it is now March 16th and I am still waiting for the glass table top - the first one arrived rather poorly packaged and thus was in a hundred pieces. I have been told the table comes from China and because of Chinese New Year, the tables are on back order. The customer service is very poor - they will tell you anything just to get rid of you. My credit card was charged the same day the order was made - but no hurry to replace the table top. I would NEVER order from them again - I am now going to have to get a piece of glass made for the table as I don't think I will EVER see it. Be forewarned - if you have any problems, expect to wait a long time to have it rectified - if it ever is. There are many complaints with the Better Business Bureau - only wish I had read them before ordering.

The website indicated the bed would be shipped in two to three days. I needed the bed for a social gathering. First the company indicated there was a back-order on the bed from the manufacturer and it wouldn't arrive until after the party. When it arrived at the company it was damaged. I inquired about a new shipping date. None was provided. When the bed finally arrived there was a minor dent on the headboard. I knew that if I sent it back it would be forever before I had my bed, so I kept it. I won't order from this company again.

Within twelve hours of deciding to purchase from this merchant, I realize that the furniture piece would not work for us. I attempted to cancel the order within that 12 hour period and was told it was impossible to cancel any orders and that I would have to accept the merchandise once it was sent out and then could return it. I found this answer unacceptable and again attempted to cancel the order. Again I was told it was impossible. I then threatened to contact my credit card company and refuse payment. At that point, they agreed to cancel the order. I will never do business with this company again.

The item was delivered to the wrong address and it took 4 days for the distributer to track it down and deliver to the right address. There was no signature required and for 4 days the status was "delivered". Over all the customer service was very efficient and they immediately placed a replacement order when it was unclear where is my item. The new order was canceled after the recovery of the lost item.
