I ordered a glass dinette table with 4 chairs from Furniture on the Web.  It arrived in a timely fashion.  That is the only good thing I can say about the experience.   The moneyback guarantee is ONLY if one returns the item in the original packaging. The packaging was so compact and so filled with foam chips (the material of which carried such a strong static electric charge that it stuck to us and everything else around) that the boxes had to be torn apart to get the parts out.  Therefore the moneyback guarantee is totally useless!  The seller says assembly is simple.  It is NOT.  It required two days and construction skill.  Contrary to the statement on the web, it also required an electric drill.  The chairs have decorative stone inserts (model is called Galleria) that are badly machined and fit poorly in the frame of the chair.  The screws (one of which was missing) were in a small plastic bag tossed into the huge boxes that contained the set.  Given the box was filled to brim with foam chips, they were difficult to find.   The entire set reflects this type of slipshod manufacture and impossible packaging.  I would never purchase anything from this company again.
