We purchased a TV console called--TV console with doors and drawers SKU #181868. When it arrived the finish was terrible & not as the photo showed on their website. We emailed them digital photos to show the markings on both the doors. Also, the two drawers had charcoal-like stenciling but their was no color as shown in their web photo. Virgina tried to tell me that the marks on the door were woodgrain variation and they do not guarantee finishing in reference to the color on the drawers. The door markings were position in the corner area bottom-left and top right on left door and top left and bottom left on the right door. They were symmetrical and looked like something rubbed up against the doors before the stain dried removing some of the stain. Since when is wood variations exact like these in nature?? We were told that we would not be given a replacement--not even just the doors. They told us we could return it at our expense. We have called several times asking for a boss or supervisor and they will not return our calls. We ended up taking the doors to a refinisher who did a great job and laughed at their deception. The flaws were manufacturer finishing flaws. BEWARE! They are not an honorable company and their only guarantee is that you can ship it back at your expense---Think very carefully before ordering--I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!
