I bought a pair of shoes for my plantar fasciitis from this website and chose standard shipping and it took almost 2 weeks before I received it. The shoes were fine and the socks I ordered were pretty much as they were described. Here are my issues w/footsmart.com --

- standard shipping is not cheap and it takes 6-10 business days before you get it
- To get your order RUSH (in 3 to 5 business days), you have to add on another $5.99 + on top of the standard delivery charge
- To guarantee that they replace your items in case they are lost in shipping, you have to pay an additional .90
- If you return an item, they will take out $6.99 to return the shoes (no matter what price the shoes are).
- I found a lot of their items in other websites for a few dollars less BUT with much lower shipping costs and faster delivery time.

It makes me wonder if they are acting as middle men for some of the manufacturers and that is why it costs much more and takes longer to receive the goods ordered. Amazon.com is a middleman but shipping is much faster and cost of shipping is not as high.
