I had 2 customer service issues. Neither of which was handled properly or with any courtesy. I paid for priority shipping, my product was sent by ground. The product did arrive in the right amount of time, but since the company paid for ground shipping not priority I feel they should have automatically refunded the price difference instead of pocketing it. Especially since they double shipped and I paid for priority shipping twice, so $10 for each shipment. I had to basically accuse them of stealing the $10 price difference before they would agree to refund my money. They double shipped my order, but refused to take back the second one. The Customer Service Manager told me he would call me back by the end of the day with a resolution, but didn't. The next day, he told me he would call me within an hour, 5 hours later, still no call. Then he was on his lunch break. When I finally got someone who could give me any answers, she was nasty. She just kept repeating I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do. So infuriating. Because in fact there is something they can do. Make the customer happy! Technically it is a "custom" item. But actually it is a player jersey with the player number and name. It is the current MVP of the league. We all know they can sell the shirt 10 times every week, but rules are rules and "custom" items can't be returned. Even if it is their fault. So for the price of shipping a shirt back, they have lost a customer for ever.
