I usually never give feedback but my experience with fansedge.com was so poor that I had to comment. I ordered a Phillies World Championship jacket. The item I ordered was in stock. The main site home had a banner that said "Expedited Ground shipping" and order now to receive by Christmas. After ordering, I received a confirmation email and everything seemed ok.
But I was surprised my order did not ship on the 18th or 19th since I had selected ground shipping. On Dec 23, five days after ordering I received a credit to my credit card. I checked my order status and the order was canceled. I called fansedge and they said the item was unavailable and an email would be sent later in the day. The representative blamed the warehouse. After five days, the warehouse finally notified them of errors in quantity. I am dissapointed that it took three working days (and five total days) to notify me that the item would be not be sent by Christmas because it was not in stock to start. If they would've notified my sooner, I could have bought it from a different store. In the future, I will remember fansedge's lack of organization and communication when buying sporting apparel. After reading the previous review, I guess I join the list of disappointed and dissatisfied shoppers of fansedge.
