My husband ordered flowers from FTD for me for Valentines Day. They promised delivery on Valentines day. My husband came home from work at 8pm on Valentines day and the flowers still weren't here!!! So he called customer service where he waited 35 minutes to even have his call answered! They went on to tell him they wouldn't be delivered obviously on Valentines day. :o( But they promised they would be delivered the morning of the 15th and they would give him 20% off of his order. So the 15th comes and goes, still no flowers!!! So at 4:30pm he calls to see what the deal is. He has to wait 1 HOUR to have his call even answered! The guy goes on to tell him that the flower shop is closed for the day and they will not be delivered on the 15th either! He goes on to offer my husband 30% off of his order for his trouble!! My husband explains that is not acceptable and requests to talk to his supervisor. The rep hung up on my husband! So my husband calls back, this time waits 1 hour, 30 minutes to talk to someone. He explains the entire thing. They go on to offer him 40% off. He says that's not acceptable. She goes and talks to her supervisor comes back and offers him 50% off and $15 off his next order! He tells her that there will NOT be a next order and asks to talk to the supervisor. After lots of confrontation about it he gets to the supervisor, has to re-explain the whole thing again. She goes on to offer him 60% off. He explains the only thing that will make him happy at this point is for them to refund his money and deliver the flowers. After much discussion they finally agree to that. They assure him that the flowers will be delivered today, the 16th! So now it is 4:30pm on the 16th and the flowers STILL have not been delivered! If you want flowers delivered DO NOT order from these jokers!
