They were very professional. The item I chose was their most popular item and therefore had to wait on new ones to be manufactured. They were quick to let me know by email and later by phone that the item was on back order and was that ok by me. Since they suspected the item was a Christmas present they contact me first by email so as not to spoil the surprise. I appreciated that personal touch very much.

i placed order on 2/1/08. it arrived 2/12/08 crushed and unusable. i spoke w/devina at x112 who was unconcerned, failed to follow-up with conversations, failed to call as promised. requested to have the item bubble wrapped and placed on a skid. devina twice promised to submit this request to someone via e-mail and call me back but failed to do so both times. i received a call 2/19/08 that the item would again be delivered today, 2/23/08 bet 3-5p but that the deliverer refuses to deliver the item to my door as he did on 2/12/08. i informed the deliverer that i live in a highrise on the 12th floor. it is not possible to carry the item which weighs about 80 lbs. and umpractical to inspect the product on the sidewalk outside of my building. this is completely unacceptable service. i enjoyed shopping on the website and had planned to refurnish my entire office using this site. no longer. i spoke with the supervisor at customer service who failed to listen to my concerns, interrupted my statements and defended the poor service being provided. pitiful.

The item was fine, though the assembly instructions were poor. Since we are often out of town, we asked for a tracking number to insure we were home when the item was delivered. Otherwise it could sit outside for up to a week. The item arrived totally without warning or notice. The tracking number was finally e-mailed to us 3 days after the item arrived. This is not acceptable service and we will not use this seller again.

1) No verification of acceptance of order
2) No estimated time of ship date
3) No following by the company of it's own advertised procedures and statusing on it's website order tracking info

They had a wide arrange of items to purchase. Also, their customer service department is completely friendly and professional. After calling with not knowing my tracking information, the customer service department personel returned a call to me twice within 30 minutes of my initial call to them.

The hardware bag opened during shipment and several pieces were damaged by the loose bolts and screws. This is something that Everything Furniture couldn't predict, but I was disappointed to receive it in this condition.

The vanity table was ordered and paid for before Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered by mid January. It is now Jan. 23 and it has not been delivered nor have we received any communication from the company. I will be getting in touch with them. The website did not make the order printout page available acceptably - when I clicked "Print this order", six pages would display on my print preview; the fifth page turned out to be the one page I needed.
When I tried to call the company a week later (yesterday) to determine when the daybed would be shipped and estimated arrival time, I was repeatedly cut off. I finally got an operator and spent about a half hour waiting; she finally promised to have a salesperson call me. I was called and now have some information. This was a very frustrating experience.

Video game chair is super! Being a big time sports fan, I was happy to order a New England Patriots video game chair. The chair looks great in my game room. It has speakers the blast out the sound and it rocks back and forth. Like it a lot. The price was good. The online ordering system was easy. The package got here on time and there was no assembly except for taking the chair out of its box and unwrapping it, etc.

Best purchase of this early winter has to be the electric fireplace that I just recieved from Everything Furniture. First of all it adds heat, second of all it looks great. It fits great in my bedroom as well and adds great style to my room. Buying process was easy. Delivery was good, no damage.

This is my first on line shopping experience. I admit was nervous because I never heard of Everything Furniture. However, I decided to go for it based on two criteria. One is that when I did a general search on the internet for a particular style headboard, they had the perfect one, and two, I read a review about them on-line, and they were rated 80% overall quality, efficiency, etc. I would recommend Everything Furniture and I would purchase from them again.

I've seen nothing to indicate that anything has happened - no update (so far) to my "Order Status", no shipping notification, etc. I phoned yesterday and was told that the order was being "readied for shipment". I'll withhold final opinion until I receive the product. I shop online a lot and (so far) this shopping experience is tending towards "poor".
