I believe it was the next day (or even possibly the same day) that I received an e-mail asking if I wanted to proceed with the order. I bought an over-the-counter microwave that did not work right out of the box. I emailed elitedeals.com, and Cassie referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer (1-888-775-0202) referred me to a service center (1-800-323-9668) who referred me to the Great Western Service Center in Springfield, IL. These representatives told me they don't, nor have they ever, serviced Magic Chef. I called the original service center back and asked if I couldn't just return it for a new one... remember, it didn't work right out of the box. I was told the microwave had to be deemed unfixable before it could be replaced. (WHAT?!!!IT WAS BROKEN RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!) I emailed Elitedeals.com again, but received no response. I called the service center and was told that a brand-new, out-of-the-box defective microwave needed to be returned to Elitedeals.com to be traded for a new one. Elitedeals still hasn't returned my calls. Bottom line - I have a completely worthless microwave and they have my $200. BUYER BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WEBSITE PURCHASE!!!!!!!!

This held me up in the purchase of this item for over 2 weeks, in which time I could have purchased this item elsewhere at a lower price. I ordered and recieved a caravan tent food walls for my vending buis. I was upset because first on the order tracking your customer service rep. was not knowledgable on the product and what it contained or not. Next I felt that I was suckered by the fact that I paid $149 for food walls that I could have bought for $89! with a special offer that was in the product (tent) that I bought from Elite Deals...Why didn't they mention this offer to me or post it. I could of used the money to put towards a second tent! from them. I have since learned that I can get the same tent for $100.00 dollars less at Costco.
