I ordered Bose 321 from Electronics Expo. Their price was 65% of the retail Bose price which was great. The system came in 3-4 days from ups in the original sealed box. No problems at all with this seller.

Worst Customer service experience. I had bought a Sony T1 Camera from the store. And when I went back to return it, I faced a very unfriendly Customer service people and they started giving me all sorts of arguments so they can refuse this return.

There was no physical damage or anything to the camera or any accesories. But they gave all sorts of false arguments that they want all packaging including the one for USB wires and stuff. When I said I might not have them, they said they can't accept the return, as SONY will charge them 50 bucks if any packaging is missing from the camera. Later on, I confirmed with that Sales Rep to open another box and show me the packaging on the USB wire and there WAS NONE on it..

Overall a worst store to get anything, even if there prices seem competitive. If you don't respect your customers, what do you expect back. Overall very rude, and bunch of liars, Would never shop again at this store!!

every thing went fairly well. merchant stated in the adviertisement that purchased item would be shipped in 2 days it took 3. the shipper was supposed to be ups and take five day. The shipper was not ups and it took 6 days. Other than being mislead on the shipping process it was a good experience,

My first puchase (JBL E100 Speakers) went smoothly on line. I attempted a second purchace on line, but my password had been "erased" by the electronics-expo system, requiring a phone call. My first call shifted me from line to line until I got someone's voice mail box - and it was too full to receive a message. I called back later and the CS rep was extremely helpful, explained about the system losing passwords, and he reset my password. I completed my next order (JBL EC35) without incident. Delivery was a different animal. UPS damaged one of the boxes, so they didn't deliver it until they could see if the contents were harmed. I wish they'd have let ME make that determination because I had one speaker only for one day. They delivered at 6PM the next day, so I was OK. There was minor damage, though, to the first speaker - three of the grill inserts were broken. The second order came on the date promised, but it wasn't delivered until well after 9PM. Had I not been on line and noticed the delivery confirmation at 9:30PM, I would not have known it was sitting on my well-lit porch, just waiting for ANYONE to come along and take it! But as for Electronics-Expo, you were great and I will never hesitate to shop with you in the future. Thanks!

Wonderful Experience! I had absolutely no problems with Electronics Expo online Store! I had no reason to call for customer Service, They shipped the day they said, and have a great company to deliver their items. They even bring it in your house and help you unpack if you want. I would recommend buying items from them!

I received an open box unit. There was no mention during the purchase process that I would be receiving an open box unit. In fact it was quite clear that it was a factory sealed box, but it wasn't. It works fine, so I'm keeping it, but I don't like being deceived. Everything else was great, but I won't be back.

I bought a Sony digital camera. The price is the lowest which raised some doubt on the credibility, still went for it. It's an amazing experience. The delivery was very fast and the product is brand new as it was claimed. I would love to come back again.
