I purchased a speaker set that they had in stock. I called them TWICE to double check that this was in stock given that it wasn't available anywhere else. I was told twice it was.

They were quick to answer my questions via the telephone. I received a shipping notification that included my tracking two days after my order. They do promise that the item will ship within one to two business days.

The downside is their shipping costs ($39.00) and their lack of email answering. Aside from those two things, I had no problems. I am not sure if this is the standard shipping price, but for my item this is what it cost. The ship from New Jersey, I am located in Pennsylvania. Other places that once had it in stock, were offering free shipping or very low cost shipping ($10 average.)

The product did arrive as stated and within the timetable promised. I would order from them again, just as long as the item was eligible for free shipping.

Also, if you feel nervous about ordering from them, call them and they will take the time to verify that the item is in stock for you. If you still feel nervous about ordering from them, then I would suggest you look elsewhere.
