Order process went smooth. Explained to Terrance that I needed item before I went on vacation, in 6 days, he told me it would be there Thursday with regular shipping. Paid $30 for 2 day shipping for an $800 camera and tapes to ensure I would have the camera to catch my brand new baby in action. They only sent the tapes. Terrance told me not to worry when I placed the order, he would ensure it was shipped out the next morning. They had my phone number and email. Nobody called to tell me the order was not coming, backordered, or anything else. I never got an email with the UPS tracking code, had to call.

After receiving only the tapes I called their 800 number. Some jerk answered the phone, told me he could not help me and to call back tomorrow that I could only speak with Terrance. After questioning him and after catching him in several lies I decided it was best to hang up, he sounded like he was looking for some sort of lawsuit. Meanwhile the charge for everything hit my credit card. I left a voicemail and email for Terrance or somebody to call me back - have not heard from them.

Do not order from this company, I was fooled by the number of positive remarks on the different sites. Do not fall into the same trap.

Customer service is shady at best, prices are good - except that you dont get what you ordered. Go someplace else.
