Originally the wrong item was shipped to me but in the right package with the right catalog number on it. I placed a phone call to Eastbay and the customer service rep took care of everything and made sure that the correct item was shipped out to me asap at no cost to me. Great service.

They are scammers. They charge my credit card hadn't sent my goods. I was waiting 39 days counting days will got my order. Now after contacting with them I was told my order couldn't been delivered. Before that time no one informed me about that during 39 days. But on site shown that they had been already sold the shoe ordered by me, which so that now size not available. I've ordered the same time from amazon.com and t y prducts with no problem. I complain, report them to judge, net, news too.

they shipped out the product immediately but it was sent to columbus and then to cincinnati and then went back and forth for over a week until they finally shipped it to us--why if you ship out fed ex to start with would you give it to the post office .........other than that we were satisfied with the product

Overall it was a great experience. I think that they should set the appropriate expectation when you are a first time buyer. I was required to talk to them over the phone on 2 occassions to confirm that my credit card was valid.

HI, I did not have a good experience at eastbay...trying to follow up on my order was a nightmare. I still have no confirmation as to whether it has been sent, confirmed or not in stock....This I find difficult to accept as two weeks has now passed and still no confirmation. I was a little confused with the emails regarding shipping...I couldn't tell when my order was going to be shipped until (about) the 3rd email. I would also prefer shipping through UPS or another carrier so the order could actually be tracked.

We tried to order a pair of basketball shoes for my son. We paid for overnight delivery and a week after they were shipped we still have not received them. I called customer service and all they could do was to reverse the extra freight charges.
