Customer Service Lied To Me About Shipping My Christmas Order

This has been the most outrageous online shopping experience I have ever had.
Basically I ordered 8 items on December 1st for which my cc was charged. Eight days later a box arrived with 6 of the items and no explanation of where the other 2 were. I called their customer service number (800) 889 9950 and asked if the other two items would follow in a separate box. I was told "yeah, that's it - they will come in a separate box tomorrow." They didn't arrive by 12/11 and so I called customer service again and a very nice representative by the name of Alexia Evans lied to me - saying that the items were in stock and they would be mailed out right away 12/12, and she further lied that a confirmation email would be sent. By 12/16 I had received neither the missing items nor a confirmation/explanation email, so I called again. Valencia proceeded to lie to me that the missing items were probably on their way but then suddenly backtracked when pressed for a shipping date, confirmation number, etc. She then told me she could ship the items to me tomorrow - now I am looking at the web site while she is talking and the items in question are OUT OF STOCK which is why they were never received to begin with! Just tell me this to start and refund my money two weeks ago and everything would be fine. Valencia told me that the customer service reps are trained to get the customers off the line by saying whatever it takes to get them to hang up - terrible business practice. I will never shop this company again!
