Lack of service outweights the good deals

I have bought from djdeals.com twice. First time was a good experience. Second time has been terrible. I placed an order on Thursday, never received a confirmation email (yes, I checked my spam box too). Funds were immediately drawn from my account. I emailed to ask for a confirmation # and email and only received a reply linking me to the "help page". I then gather all info I had (Paypal receipt, withdrawl authorization from my bank) and emailed ALL information back with hopes of getting a REAL answer. Once again, I got a message back directing me to the shipping information on the "help page".
That did not answer my question, although I figured it was safe to assume that it was being shipped. After 5 full business days (their max to send shipments out). I have not received any information and sent another email with all relevant info to get a REAL answer. Once again, I get redirected to the "help page".
My question was simple. I provided all information necessary to research. I was nothing short of polite and direct, yet I could not get an answer. Now it's been a week and I have allowed this company to float $250 of my money. This is not proper business.
