I have been wanting to get a mandoline slicer for many years. I've done my research and since I couldn't find the one I wanted locally, I started searching on line. There are many companies that sell kitchen gadgets on line and many people sell the Benriner Japanese Mandoline that I wanted for a wide variety of prices and an even wider variety of descriptions. Cutlery And More had the larger size that I wanted at the best price. And if I picked another little doo dad (like the vegetable brush that I've been needing for awhile) I could get free shipping. All sounded good until I read reviews. I went ahead and ordered from them since they had what I wanted for less money. I was notified that my order was received, notified that the order had been shipped, and got UPS tracking info with a date for delivery. The items arrived on time (in 4 days!) and in perfect condition. The website had an easily found phone number for customer service. That may be after some of the reviews were posted since newer reviews seemed more positive. I would order from them again and since there are always things I want for my kitchen, I probably will.
