After shopping stores and the internet..found Cutlery and More. The price(s) were definitely right. Always want to check the refund of order process. Their process seemed simple enough. Ordered a set of Kitchen Knives with block. UPS delivered on time (XMAS present for my wife) and free delivery. Great. That is where the good feeling ends. Opened the box and one blade bent, the sharpener completely broken..container box outside and inside damaged. OK..no problem (I thought)..no phone to call to reorder just email. Followed instructions..sent an email with info on the damaged goods and how do I return for a new order. NO RESPONSE from XMAS day until January 8th. By then I ordered and charged for another set ..also free shipping. At my Expense sent the damaged order back..signed for at Cutlery and More on January 9th and no email response from customer service until January 13th..then they were saying there going to send replacement items..POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I have yet to get my original refund (3Feb09) and notified the knife complany J.A. Henckels about the poor customer service respsone. I then was told I had to deal with Cutlery and More. Caveat Emptor Folks. This company is a big NO NO.
