Chadwicks has bad custoemr service. Just horrible. I ordered three pair of pants. The product was fine but they just didnt fit. Unfortuantly I forgot to send them back on time so they gave me a store credit. So I ordered two things with the gift certificate. One of the items was on backorder. Well about a week after I got the store credit I noticed they gave me 30 dollars to my checking account. Personally I thought it was just for one of the pair of pants I returned. I couldnt figure out why they gave me a store credit for the whole amount and gave me money in my checking. I just figured it was money from one of the pair of pants. I didnt call and should of. So when I ordered the stuff with the gift card my total was 7.17. It was to be billed on dec 2. Here is what they didnt tell me. Because one of the products was on back order they gave me the 30 back into my checking and took it away from the gift certicicate and then charged me the whole amount for the item on dec2. No email that the charge to my checking was going to change or anything. I am handicap and am on a limited amount of money so when the 30 came out today it bounced. So I got charged a 30 fee from my bank. I have overdraft so it did clear but still had the fee. Luckily my bank when I explained to them the problem took the overdraft fee off my account. chadwicks you are horrible and I will never shop from you again. Why didnt you just charge my gift certifacte when you shipped the back order item.
