I think Chadwick's quality is horrible. I recently placed 2 orders and sent 1 whole order plus half of the other one back. If that wasn't bad enough, I chose deferred billing and when they issued the credit they first charged my bank account and then issued the credit against it. the only problem is, they supposedly issued them both at the same time. NOT!! The credit didn't come thru til the next day. Thank GOD I check my account daily. If I hadn't, there would have really been a big mess with my account. I thought they would just credit the differences and any changes would change the amount of the deferred payment. Now, the rest of the stuff I kept. CRAP!! I have 3 shirts with alot of beading. I washed them and every bead ended up in the bottom of my washer. Now, I'm too afraid to send them back with the way they work their return policy. I will never order from them again and I guess I'll get stuck with the CRAP I kept. I guess they got me right where they want me!!!! Their customer service is also not the greatest. The girls were very rude. They kept insisting that I call my bank to inquire about the credits. I called my bank 3 times that day and they did not see the credits. So, I called Chadwick's back # times and each time got the same answer. When I told them about the quality of the merchandise I only heard, I'm sorry. WHAT A JOKE!!!
