I stumbled across Chadwick's while trying to find a new wardrobe for work and immediately fell in love with their clothes. Before placing an order, I searched reviews and was worried to see all the negative reviews about customer service and wrong orders. I placed the order anyway in hopes that everything would work out. And it did! I received my items in only a few days and everything was as I had ordered. Unfortunately, most of the clothes were too big (I am a 6-8 and ordered all 8s and Mediums) so I had to exchange them. A few days later I had all my new clothes (size 6s and Smalls) which fit very nicely. On top of that I was expecting to wait a month before seeing the debit back on my card - but it was there in less than a week. Thank you!
I also ordered a jacket from La Redoute – Chadwick’s French sister company. I had a similarly pleasant experience with them. The item arrived in a very timely fashion and it looks great.
This family of companies is always offering special promotions with great ways to save and receive free items! I can’t wait to shop here again.
