I do not like the return policy of Catherine's online.....I needed to EXCHANGE 4 blouses for a smaller size and was told that I would have to re-purchase all the blouses because the exchanges/returns are handles separately. So not only did I have to charge and ADDITIONAL 4 blouses (and then fight for credit on my charge card) but I had to pay shipping and handling charges to exchange the blouses. I think the return/exchange policy is terrible!!!

I am happy with the merchandise. Still leery of deliveries because of initial problems, delays and unsatisfactory correspondence. No current problem.

I have been shopping online for several years from Catherines and each time is an excellent experience. The items always arrive sooner than the time they estimate and the pleasure of shopping from home is wonderful. I will continue to shop from home and in their stores.

four times in the past 4 months I have placed an order, and have received items I did not order, and did not receive what I did order; when I tried to correct the order, it only got worse; I was again sent a wrong item; then twice I was finally told the item I ordered was not available; when I asked for return mailing cards, I did not receive them 3 times; I finally had to return the items to a store 50 miles away, where I did not get full credit for two of them, because they were not the same price as the items I ordered; my daughter had the same experience two times last year; the web site is very slow, the women who answer the phones are extrememly rude. I will continue to shop in the store for some items, but wll not order on line any more. Also, they have still failed to credit me for items I returned by mail, where I had to pay the postage. Calls to the number provided are extrememly annoying because they force you to go through listening to your balance, credit available, and all sorts of other things before they put you through to a person to talk to.

I have been a customer with Catherines for years and shop online 95% of the time....my only grip is that you can not speak with someone directly regarding the merchanise. And they should send a postage paid return slip in case you have to send an order back. I realize the postage will be deducted off the bill but it expediates returns. Thank you.

It was mostly great, but I was disappointed that the size of blouse I always wear was too small in the type I chose from Catherine's. I sent them back and haven't heard back from them to find out if they've been received or if I've received a credit to my account. I'm hoping that goes well.

Everything came in great. One shirt tore the first time I wore it and one shirt didn't fit right. They sent me an email that they received my return items and a credit would be given. That was great to know.

They need to make it possible to go from one item to the next by using a "next" option on the screen. Right now you have to back up to the beginning page if you view an item in order to look at the next item.

not enough 0 or 1X sizes. when i order online it never takes my perks card. if i want to return at the store that can't fix the perks problem and they can't refund the shipping amount also when uou order on line it does not always take the coupon discounts that have been sent or that are offered online. This is very inconvenient as I am disabled.
