Worst on-line shopping experience, EVER (and I shop on-line a lot)

Absolutely terrible. Do not use this vendor EVER. I ordered my futon and it arrived damaged, with a scratch in the wood and a sprung hinge. I called to get a replacement hinge and they asked me if anything else was damaged. I mentioned the wood scratch on the arm. In a week I had a new arm and new hinges, but READ ON!!! I reassembled the unit only to realize they sent the wrong hinges. THE WRONG HINGES FOR A FUTON THEY SENT ME!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY KNOW WHICH MODEL I PURCHASED!! So I ask them to overnight the correct hinge and e-mail them a detail as to the spec.'s for the correct hinge along with measurements of the distance between the holes that attach to the back and seat. ONE WEEK later I receive the WRONG HINGE AGAIN. During this process I get no e-mail confirmation, rude service when I call and excuses as to it being the manufacturer's fault. This time, I have sent them digital photo's of the hinge in the hopes that they can get it right. Bottom line: I am still waiting for the correct hinge to put on a futon that has lain half-assembled on my living room floor for TWO MONTHS. UGHHH!!
I have since followed-up with them on the phone. I spoke with a manager who assured me that he would speak to the manufacturer to insure that I got the correct hinge this time. I had him pull up the pictures I sent him and we went over them. He would call or e-mail the details of that conversation. That was a week and a half ago. I still have not heard back or received any replacement hinges.
